I design for complexity — payments infrastructure, fraud systems, AI automation platforms. The kind of products where a wrong decision is expensive and a confusing interface makes it worse.
Most of my work lives at the intersection of technical systems and the people who have to act on them — fraud officers making split-second calls, merchants managing money across borders, professionals trying to navigate a job market that doesn't slow down for them. My job is to make that complexity disappear at the interface level without pretending it doesn't exist underneath.
I've been doing this across fintech and AI for 5 years — from founding designer at payment processors to leading product design at an AI automation platform used by 10,000+ people. I work end-to-end, I'm close to engineering, and I care about whether the thing actually shipped and whether it worked.

Leading product design for an AI-powered job application automation platform used by 10,000+ users. Drove three major product iterations using behavioural analytics and A/B testing, improving onboarding activation by 40% and contributing to £50k in monthly paid conversions.

Designed a fraud investigation dashboard for tier-one bank fraud officers — surfacing transaction risk by typology, device and behavioural signals, and providing structured next-step recommendations to support faster, more confident payment decisions.
Founding Product Designer @ Cheq Payments
2022 – 2023
Designed the end-to-end payment experience for a crypto payment processor supporting 200+ cryptocurrencies across 170 countries. Built the merchant dashboard, global payout workflows, blockchain fallback routing, and a checkout that processed over £34 million in transaction volume across 2,000 merchants. Established the design system from the ground up.

2020 – 2021
Led design for a mobile payments platform processing transactions across local and international rails. Redesigned core onboarding and identity verification flows, increasing activation from 25% to 80% and reducing churn from 70% to 30%.
